A generously hopped, aromatic N.Z Pale Ale using New Zealand grown Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka hops. Balanced with enough malt character from the English pale and caramalt to carry the fruity Kiwi hop hit. Aroma of tropical fruit carries through to the flavour which is backed up by a quenching bitterness.
A robust porter combining six different malts including English pale, three types of crystal and chocolate malt. A generous use of N.Z grown Motueka, Dr Rudi and Styrian Goldings hops give a zesty orange flavour and provides a firm bitterness to balance all that caramel and chocolate malt goodness.
Pours deep hazy orange with firm white head. Aromas of fresh cut grass, pine resin, lemon peel and ripe mango skin from the Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe hops. The mouth is rich and refreshing with good hop oil and orange zest. Finishes smooth with a good malt backbone and pithy bitterness which balance perfectly.
